The EVIS EXERA III GIF-HQ190 gastroscope is a versatile workhorse scope that includes an array of advanced features to support both upper and intra-operative endoscopy.

The scope’s improved image quality results from increased resolving power, which is achieved with significantly less halation and noise, and Dual Focus functionality delivers the optimal depth of field at the touch of a button.

For further efficiencies, a new connector design minimizes the effort required for setup prior to and in between cases and eliminates the need for a water-resistant cap.

Double objective

Dual focus, a unique optical innovation of OLYMPUS, allows the user to choose between two focus settings. Simply press a button on the eyeglass to select the desired depth of field for optimal observation - near focus mode or normal focus mode.

NBI (Narrow Band Imaging)

The NBI in the EVIS EXERA III 190 series telescopes provides twice the viewing distance of the scopes and the 180 series of EVIS EXERA II offers a much higher contrast between blood vessels and mucous membranes. The significant improvement in NBI performance paves the way for new and enhanced NBI's position as the standard of care for GI endoscopy.

Improved image quality

A new level of resolving power is achieved with a new optical system. Halo and noise are much less visible on the screen. And the pre-freeze function automatically selects the sharpest still images.

Water jet

The front water jet function of the EVIS EXERA III 190 series scopes is standard on all routine gastroscopes. This technology improves procedures and treatment.

One-touch waterproof connector

A new connector design minimizes the effort required for placement before and between cases. In addition, it is fully submersible and eliminates the need for a water-resistant cap and the associated risk of costly repairs in the event of accidental immersion.
